In his capacity as general counsel, he led the Company's public offering in October 1997. OSI also owned Synadyne, a professional employer organization (PEO). There he gained valuable experience in employment matters as applied to joint employer relationships. At OSI, Mr. Nugent also completed more than twenty-five acquisitions.

Mr. Nugent is admitted to practice law in good standing in the state of Colorado and Florida, and has extensive experience in the multi-state environment of many PEOs and temporary staffing companies. His areas of expertise are:
• Corporate and Business (formation and governance)
Companies rely on the firm to provide sound advice in all of these areas, and have come to expect Mr. Nugent to counsel them not only on the narrow legal issues, but also on the broader effects on their business. The firm has been retained to be the “outsourced” General Counsel to companies, and is responsible for all aspects of legal and related issues affecting the client for a flat monthly fee. The firm also provides advice to businesses by way of the more traditional hourly rate practice. Businesses that have elected to retain the firm to handle all legal matters enjoy the freedom to interact with Mr. Nugent and the firm more as their partner, and in a much more cost-efficient manner. The firm is happy to structure its fees in the way preferred by its clients, and is flexible in how such services are arranged.
We strive to provide our services efficiently but also with thoroughness, and always with integrity. It is the ability to deliver high level legal services to large and small businesses in a wide range of legal areas with a personal touch that, in our opinion, sets us apart.
